Overview:

Many people and organizations suffer from the adverse effects of chronic stress. Overwhelming stress and exhaustion are leading causes of burnout. Unmanaged stress can lead to physical and mental health concerns, decrease productivity, motivation, innovation, and focus. 

This workshop trains participants to understand and manage stress with practical exercises and techniques applicable to work and life.

This was a great start for my own personal journey with burnout. It served as a bit of a wakeup call that I cannot keep on the pace that I am going.

As an organization, I think this may have been the beginning of putting better measures in place to handle burnout amongst our team.
