Mental Health Training

Strategies for supporting mental health in the workplace.

Overview:

Mental health and burnout are intricately connected. According to the World Health Organization, burnout results from chronic workplace stress that has been unsuccessfully managed. Burnout consistently results in exhaustion, a negative view of one's workplace, and decreased effectiveness.

Workplace wellness programs that provide support and resources for employee well-being can prevent employee stress, anxiety, exhaustion, and compassion fatigue, resulting in greater resilience, productivity, workplace wellness and mental health status.

65% of Canadians who consider their organization a great place to work have among the most favourable mental health scores. (Mental Health Index.)

Bonita was an amazing presenter and spoke very well and gave me hope for learning to slow down and be able to still be a top performer.

The Burnout assessment was great and her story was amazing.

Being a top performer myself, and learning its ok to take breaks and time for me will be beneficial to my organization because in the long run, I will not burnout.

More Testimonials

I highly recommend Bonita as a keynote speaker. The content of her presentation was extremely valuable, especially in today's world where it's difficult to find a work-life balance. There were valuable takeaways that I'm still thinking about and using over a week after the presentation. Bonita is a strong public speaker and has the right tone and presence for the content she presents.
