Research That Informs Our Work

The following is a sample of research that informs and supports the content of our workshops and consulting. This is not a comprehensive or exhaustive list, and it is organized in no particular order. Some sources may be referenced under more than one category.

This highlights peer-reviewed studies, articles, and evidence-based frameworks from occupational health, organizational psychology, and clinical practice that underpin our approaches to burnout prevention, resilience building, compassion fatigue mitigation, and workplace well-being. The selection includes foundational models of job demands–resources and conservation of resources, empirical research on the efficacy of stress-management and self-care interventions, outcome studies demonstrating the impact of leadership coaching and culture change on employee engagement, and literature supporting trauma-informed and psychologically safe workplace practices.

These representative references guide the design of our workshops, training, and consulting services, ensuring strategies are aligned with current best practices while acknowledging that the broader evidence base continues to evolve.
